SuratGo is an independent, community-built app and website created to help commuters. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Surat Metro Rail Limited (SMRL), Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC), or the Government of Gujarat. All trademarks, station names, and route information belong to their respective owners and are used here only for informational purposes.
3. Accuracy of Information
Fares, timings, routes, and station statuses shown on the app and website are indicative and provided for general convenience. They may differ from official figures. Always confirm important travel details with official SMRL/GMRC sources before travelling. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information here.
4. Use of the App & Website
SuratGo is free to use and does not require account creation. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt it or its content.
5. Intellectual Property
The SuratGo app/website design, branding, and original content are owned by its developers. Metro route and station information is provided for public informational use. We do not claim ownership of official GMRC/SMRL trademarks or branding.
6. Third-Party Links & Services
The app and website may link to third-party services (such as WhatsApp, email, or the Play Store) for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service you access from here.
7. Limitation of Liability
SuratGo is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, delay, missed connection, or damage arising from your reliance on information here. Always verify critical travel information with official sources.
8. Changes to These Terms
